AFTER A CALL TO THE LAKEWORTH STORE #2. ABOUT MY WESTHOUSE 46'' TV, AND TELLING THEM THAT MY REMOTE DOESN'T WORK AND TWO BLUE BOXES, ONE ON THE LEFT AND ONE ON THE RIGHT.

WAS THEN TOLD BY A TEAM MEMBER, THAT THEY HAD THAT TV IN STOCK. SO I WENT TO THE TROUBLE OF TAKING EVERYTHING APART, WE TALKING CABLE, WII, XBOX, AND DVD PLAYER. ONLY TO GET THERE, AND FIND BRAD, THE GUY ON THE PHONE, GONE, AND THE TV, NOT THERE, AND I GET THIS MANGER, TELLING ME SORRY BUT WE DONT HAVE IT.

SO I REPLIED, THATS FINE BUT, I DIDN'T COME ALL THIS WAY, FOR NOTHING, SHE SAID WE HAVE OTHER TVS YOU CAN PAY THE DIFFERENTS, WHICH WASNT GOING TO HAPPEN, THEY NEVER OFFERED ME ANYTHING FOR MY TIME AND TOLD ME THEY WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME ANYTHING.

SO I CALL CORPRATE, AND GOT THE SAME STORY FROM THE SUP. BUY THE NAME LUCK, MAN THAT PISSED ME OFF MORE.

TALKING ABOUT A BAD DAY, SO I HAD TO BRING MY TV HOME THEN SET IT UP AGAIN. WHAT HAPPEN TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Let me guess, every time you go into a store you have a story about someone who is not there at the time. This sort of thing is not uncommon but you can tell who is trying to scam something and who is not by whether or not they want something for nothing out of it or if they just want the thing that was supposed to be held.

So if you made a mistake like leaving a bag of items at the register, would you expect to compensate Target for the time they spent storing and holding it? You wouldn't? So why should Target compensate you?

You must be three year old not to use your brain and figure out that in the time that it took you to get there the TV was sold out. Why should they give you something for your stupidity.

You should have asked them to hold the television on hold for you.

Unless you planned to get more for less. Good customer service is being good to the customer, it is not allowing the customer to take advantage of them otherwise they would go out of business.
