rude, not helpful, ruined my A+ credit rating even after I stayed in touch with them and tried working with my missed payment, very poor communication from them, they never wanted to work with me even after I contacted the CEO of the company! I will never shop at their stores again or recommend their products and as soon as my card is paid off I am thru with their company! I had 2 deaths in my family in 1 month, missed a payment tried working with them, they did not want to do it in writing which I preferred for proof, so just what are they trying to hide?
