Awful experience and sent multiple emails during my hour long wait time to simply have two items ordered for in store pick up.Then the wrong item was ordered.

Called back and was disconnected before talking to someone, called back again and was told he couldn't access my order. That I could go to the store and have them switch it. I told him to cancel my frickin order and was told I would see a confirmation email and credit. Never did.

My emails stating this whole fiasco got nothing but a generated reply. Pointless. Even telling them I would never shop there again and I was going to post my story got me no where.

They don't even have great prices!The store is clean and non ghetto-the only reason people shop there.

Target CEO should call his own call center and see if he gets help. Sorry he is way to busy spending all the money he makes to care about your shopping issues
