I ORDERED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 64 GB BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE 1ST ORDER ONE DAY EARLIER WHEN I OPENED THE BOX IT HAD 16 GB PHONE INSTEAD OF 64 GB I ORDERED, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GOT RETURN LABEL ON LINE AND RETURNED THE FIRST WRONG ITEM AND THE NEXT I RECEIVED THE SECOND ORDER WITH THE SAME 16 GB PHONE INSTEAD OF 64 GB WHICH I ALSO CALLED AND CANCELLED AND RETURNED AS WELL.

BUT THE PAYMENTS FOR BOTH THE ORDERS WERE ALREADY DEBITED TO MY CREDIT CARDS AND I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 25 TWENTY FIVE DAYS OR LONGER TO GET MY REFUND AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE PLAYING SOME SORT OF SCAM TO HOLD PEOPLE'S MONEY AND UTILIZE FOR THEIR BUSINESS INVESTMENT ????????????????

Monetary Loss: $1700.
