I was going to order on line for an in store pick up until I saw the set up they had in the Springfield IL store. I am a customer of this store and have always received great service including the Guest Service area.

Target has now piled tons of merchandise in the guest service area and expect their staff of only 2 people to handle all the returns, price matches and ALL THE ON LINE ORDERS!!!! I like and respect the employees and won't be a part of making their jobs a living ***.

Wake up Target - your employees don't make a fair wage, as it is, let alone dumping even more on them. How ridiculous are you??????
