I ordered a large fire truck for my grandson. The box arrived via UPS.

The shipping box was twice the size as the item inside. The box had 1 piece of tape along the top and bottom flaps. No tape along the sides of flaps. Inside the toy had virtually half the box to flop around in because there was hardly any packing material used.

I could see inside the box before I removed the flimsy bit of tape barely holding it shut. The toy was broken in pieces.

I feel Target is 100% responsible(not UPS), as the item was so poorly packaged there was no way it could have survived shipping. I will not order from Target again.

Reason of review: Whoever oversees the packaging of itemsis not doing there job.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Compensate me for my time and aggravation to find and purchase the item you packed so poorly.

I didn't like: Customer service.
