You cancel my order twice and can't give me a reason why. And the rep told me to go shop at the store instead. What kind of resolution is that?

You don't give any information about your order. Was it to be delivered to your home or was it an order to be picked up at the store.

If it was a stock item you were ordering to be pulled from store stock to be picked up at the store the response of just shopping the store makes sense to me. Don't even understand why people buy on-line to pick up products at the store.
