i ordered a quilt from target, never received the quilt, spent numerous days and hours on phone, one day speaking to 3 different people getting three different stories on the phone and getting 3 different stories. yesterday i was sent to an escalation specialist, very rude, unconcerned and not helpful and told m she would put in for a refund, today i get a label to send back the merchandise i never received to get my refund.
so i have no quilt and they have my money and i cant get my money back without returning a quilt i never received. i would encourage people not to order from target.com and im filing a complaint with bbb.
