My wife was insulted when Sisan made her feel like a thief! She was in the photo department and didn't get help for 10 minutes.

When she attempted to get her photos Susan said she had to pay for them before examing them.

Then she watched as my wife went thru the checkout as though she was trying to leave without paying. This was at the Wadsworth Ohio store and Susan was African American.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Right??? When an employee is white, customers never complain about us "white people"!
