My girlfriend shopped online at for a swimsuit. After the transaction, her Target account was hacked and they emptied her bank account. Target refuses to acknowledge that a transaction even occurred and refuses to provide an email address for us to begin the fraud recovery process. The official Target position on the matter seems to be that they have zero interest in customer satisfaction now that they know we are out of money to spend.

All we want is to stop the fraudulent transactions and get the bank situation straightened out. Instead, the company responsible for our loss is turning a blind eye to our struggle and a cold shoulder to long time customers. I have never been so disappointed with a corporation as I am today with Target.

Consumer beware! The Target you think you know is out for one thing; your money. Once they have it, they have little interest in anything else, especially if they get those funds through criminal activity. I think that even acknowledging the fraud and ill gotten gains would be bad PR for a company already rife with bad PR.

If your girlfriend cannot resolve her own issues she is obviously a young child. If she is not old enough to fight her own battles she is obviously a child, and you need to be investigated by the police for having a seven year old as your girlfriend. If this is her issue why are you fighting for her?
