I ordered Full sized bedsheet sets on Target's website. One of the sets had a Twin fitted sheet instead of Full. Using their online form for customer service I got no response. I sent an email and received no reply. I waited days and sent another email and on line message and still no response.

Then I called their Returns phone number and it was nearly impossible to get a live person. When I punched in the order number on my order slip it said they didn't recognized the number.

Once I finally got a person, Ann, and calmly explained the situation. She said she'd transfer me to another person that would take care of the situation. But after a few rings an automated voice said "We're closed now. Please call back another time." Calling back other times, after I selected my options, the phone'd just ring and ring with no person ever picking up.
