Yeah how bout not writing up your employees for *** red cards and concentrate on customer service! Especially when you get bonuses and not employees who actually do the work!

This is a complaint that I actually agree with.

The problem with this is that Senior Management expects employees to do this.

According to Senior Management, the focus groups they spoke to want to hear about perks like this.

Unfortunately it is corporate policy for stores to push credit cards,

warrantees, and service plans. These are all high profit items.

The sales end of this is more important to them instead of the customer service end.
