I have had a Visa Target red card for 7 years with an extremely good history. Over the holidays my card was declined.

I immediately called them and to my surprise. I had not received one months bill. I asked what were the charges. The guy on the phone refused to give me the information so I could make a payment.

His comments ranged from the Postman lost my bill - to if you would like to see you charges you can go to a target store. This created an overheated conversation were he hung up on me.

I called back spoke with a supervisor easliy found out the charges and immediately cancelled that account. NO One deserves to be treated that way.
