The worse cc I've ever had. No grace period for payment.

Make a payment after 11pm and be charged a whooping $25. Red Card Customer Service has little to no leeway to do anything to help customers, most there to blabber Target policy. Not a customer focused company. Customer service near robotic nature is really just the companies strong arm to tell you no on request to increase cc increase or essentially any other issue you have.

The help they provide can really just be listed on a FAQ page. Why waist peoples time with agents who can't do anything but read from a screen and check what you can check for yourself?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
