We've used their pharmacy and this location has proven to be the worst pharmacy we've ever experienced. No pharmacy takes as long as this location to fill a proscription.
No pharmacy manages time as poorly as Target location. Recently, our proscription was sent to them at least 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we got there, they told us it would take another 30 minutes. On our 2nd trip to the store, they told us they had a system outage(?) and couldn't sell us our completed proscription, and didn't care that I would now have a 3rd visit to their store to pick up a proscription.
All in all, it took 2 hours for a proscription that most pharmacies would have delivered in less than 20 minutes. Their customer service skills sorely lack and in situations where they should compensate customers, they don't.
They also split your proscription more than any other pharmacy. If you are picking up 90 pills, chances are you'll get 2 different manufacturers of the same product?
They need to "*** the bullet" and toss the partial quantity but instead they pass along your proscription to you in multiple containers...This scenario often results in return visits to the pharmacy. I will no longer waste gas, time, and money on their continual mediocrity.
