im not gonna go thru everything that happened ive already wasted about 3 hours dealing with this horrendous site and their horendous "customer service". They claim that you can place an order and cancel it in a short amount of time after you place it.
That is not a truth.. i called the number in the conformation email that says i can cancel my order right when i got the email. they put me on hold for 20 mins then say 20 minutes is too long. i wouldnt have even used this site if it wasnt because they make you use your egiftcard on the website.
Ok no more wasting time on target 3 hrs has been enough. they also didnt have a warrenty plan available online for the TV i was trying to upgrade to.
if you find yourself calling customer service more than twice i would call it quits if its an option. none of them can help
