Ordered a dog crate for our german sheperd. Used the ship to store option.

Target sent towels instead of the crate. Called 800 number twice to speak to a manager. I waited on hold 20 minutes both times. No manger came to the phone.

I need the crate right away. They told me i would have to wait til they sent the wrong item back to send my item to the store.

I feel like they need to overnight my item to the store or my house. Its not my fault they sent the wrong order.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Target. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Target to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
