Ordered a dog crate for our german sheperd. Used the ship to store option.
Target sent towels instead of the crate. Called 800 number twice to speak to a manager. I waited on hold 20 minutes both times. No manger came to the phone.
I need the crate right away. They told me i would have to wait til they sent the wrong item back to send my item to the store.
I feel like they need to overnight my item to the store or my house. Its not my fault they sent the wrong order.
