Ordered two apple watches during sale. Order status showed both watches shipped, but with separate UPS tracking numbers, for some reason.

This was "Free Holiday Shipping" that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Clicking on tracking showed both items in transit. One watch showed up on time. The other watch showed in Target's tracking link to be at the local UPS location, ready for delivery.

It showed this for the last two days. UPS says they don't have it. Called Target customer service today (Christmas Eve) to find out where the other watch went. It still shows in tracking to be at the local UPS location.

Customer service said that the watches were listed separately because they ran out of stock. They can give me a refund for the second watch. This means that it NEVER shipped and the tracking information was false.

Now I have to buy from Best Buy and pay more, and it will not arrive until after Christmas. Target has lost a customer.

Reason of review: No Christmas Present because Target faked ship info on out of stock item.

Monetary Loss: $180.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unethical, Ruined christmas, Poor service.

Target bags always show up on "Hoarders".

Go ahead and boycott them before you become like their other customers ...

I agree with you, let them stop shopping there before their home is overrun with cheap crap from target.
