I filed a complaint on 01/01/2016 about the poor customer service I received at your Burnsville store && still haven't received a response back to my complaint and issue

Most likely you won't get a response back, they get tons of mail everyday, the chances of you getting a reply back is zero, and if you do get a reply back it is pre written. You are no more special than that thousands of others who sent mail to them.
