As a team member at target I am embarrassed by their lack of customer service. Only care about their metric scores and how many red cards they get every day.

The leadership is a joke. Love to hire young women as leaders with no clue how to take care of their crew or guests. But they look pretty in red and khaki. Majority of the time the leader will be on Twitter or Facebook instead on the sales floor interacting with guests and crew.

One time a lady bought a microwave cart and had a broken shelf. When returning the product offered no help.

No gift card. Just a why did you build the cart ?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.

Since you work there why don't you help with the shelf situation. Or is it "not your job" Seriously one can complain, but apparently it seems you are doing the exact same thing you are complaining about, which is not helping yourself.


You have issues if you think a product rather than a person can help her. I bet you are forgetting to mention the lady had no receipt.

You need to learn to mind your own business.

You have no idea why she was not helped. I have a strong feeling that that lady though is you.
