I placed on online order at target.com, then a few days later received a cancellation email with no explanation. I called customer and was put in touch with someone from another country.

I was told that it was out of stock, however i found the item online at a higher price! He couldn't do anything for me so i asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was cocky and said he couldn't do anything except give me a gift card for $8. I became upset, how can a $20 purchase now be an $8 gift card, and he couldn't explain it to me!

I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the highest in the escalation chain, and no one else can help me...after that he hung up on me.

Target, if you will outsource your customer service department, make sure you train them how to do their jobs well. I will never shop with you again!
