I was waiting a delivery from EFWCS contracted through target.com. I received several emails and a recorded voice announcement that my merchandise would be delivered on a specific date between (8:00 - 6:00).
No delivery was made. I called EFWCS customer service and received a lame excuse that the company was trying to resolve the issues so the automatic email and calls would not generate. They understand that it is very confusing. I should now expect a call directly from the company with a scheduled date and time.
This really sucks and I will contact Target to let them know what has happened. BTW, I ran across this while searching for EFWCS on the web.
I read a similar complaint dating back to 2015. Target needs to change carriers.
