I live in Mexico and ordered several items online from Target so my sister could pick up at her nearest store. Got the confirmation email so she went to p/u but 1 item was missing.

She asked them to credit my cc but they would not and insisted on giving her a gift card and told her she would have to go back later and look for the item herself! They also lied to her and told her the item was new but I saw it in store when I visited late January/early Feb.

My order history shows that I picked up the item but it was never there!!! Tacky!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of target delivery service. Target needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
