I ordered a bed through target.com and this is how it was delivered please see the pictures ..this is unacceptable and there customer service email is down as well.

This person wrote the review because of damaged or defective at Target and attached photo s. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Target to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

It's definitely a problem with the online, not the delivery company. I've seen a light bulb rattling around in a box with no cushioning whatsoever.

Looks like a problem with the delivery company.I always avoid ordering large item on line as the companies you can ship large items with just aren't set up for home deliveries.

They usually deliver to locations with a shipping dock.You are better off buying furniture from a local store and either picking it up or having them deliver it on their truck.
