I went into the store to echange a Leap Frog Tag Reader that was given to my son as a christmas presant. The one he got had the purple pen and a girl book, I just wanted to get the one with the green pen and a boy book.

The customer service reprosentive that helped me was rude and nasty. Not only was she rude but she trued to charge me an extra 10% for the same exact idem, even though I had the gift reciept. Also on top of it they didn't even have the idem I was looking for and could not even give me an idea as to when it might be in. She jsut told me that it wasn't her problem and to call the store every day.

What a joke. This store has no buisness being in the customer service line on work. I wil never shop there again. I tried to talk to the store manager, but he just made excusses for the employee.

I also tried to file a complaint on target.com but that isn't even an option on there website.

WHAT A JOKE!! I guest customers no longer mean anything.
