NO ! Was put on hold for 10 minutes, subject to awful Christmas music. Finally hung up. Second bad experience I had with Target Card customer service.
Why not just make this question a category in their auto menu?
Seems logical to me. Save on time and customer reps answering one shot questions. As long as I am at it, question why 100 words are needed to have complaint posted. Also do you have a web site focusing on-customer service delivery for health systems in Minnesota?
