Tried to find out when my next bill was due. Simple, Right?

NO ! Was put on hold for 10 minutes, subject to awful Christmas music. Finally hung up. Second bad experience I had with Target Card customer service.

Why not just make this question a category in their auto menu?

Seems logical to me. Save on time and customer reps answering one shot questions. As long as I am at it, question why 100 words are needed to have complaint posted. Also do you have a web site focusing on-customer service delivery for health systems in Minnesota?

eg. Allina Clinics and Hospitals.

You could get many more than 100 words on this topic. Guaranteed!!!

I agree that the info should be available in an automated menu, but I wouldn't bother calling, the info is all there on the Target website. Go to and click on the red cards link.
