Very bad experience where I shopped. Customer service is poor and sad.

I was wondering if I shopped at police department, because of the girl looked at my receipt for 10 mins and still can't solve the problem. Also, with her attitude and facial expressions that made me so mad.

Good company that hired someone like this is not going to be good for their store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

What problem were you trying to get her to solve? You probably didn't explain it to her either.


Apparently that Ducolax isn't working so well. Maybe time to move to Metamucil or something stronger. You might lighten up in more ways than one.

Maybe she was having a bad day dealing with rude people. Be considerate next time.

You would act the same if you had a bad day of dealing with rude people and was not able to defend yourself because the "client is always right".

As for the receipt problem, she was probably new.

Again, be considerate to the fact that shes new. Not everyone is perfect.

Well, she should know better before she apply for a job. "New" is not a excuse for being rude to people.

Also, should not be mad to the person in front of you now because of your last customer. That is unfair.

You obviously never worked in retail. They are HUMANS, not machines. Geez, must be nice to be so perfect.
