Had a terrible experience. Shopping on Black Friday standing in line for over 2 hours.

Stood in line at Target wireless and was told to come back when they text me and they would activate the phones I had chosen. When they texted me over 40 minutes later they informed me they had sold my phone to someone else.

When I asked for them to rectify their mistake they said I was S.O.L and did nothing to fix their mistake. NE

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Target. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
