Target - Disrespectful employees

My wife was double charged for a skirt. We showed the receipt which had 2 charges for the same thing yet my wife only bought one skirt. For a lousy $8 refund, they made it look like we were trying to jip target. We waited for about half an hour for a lousy refund. This was Friday 11/17 around 10 am. This was a black girl with dyed blonde curly hair. Your service sucks!
