Extremely poor training for Target's telephone reps. Mine transferred me to "the main office" after I questioned his recommendation that I should go to my bank and straighten out my problem. Not a bank problem. Target's problem.
Was transferred to person who seemed to have some knowledge of how to straignten
this situation out. She said it would be straightened out as soon as I received March billing. I will be cancelling my Target/Visa card once this saga ends.
If ever! GIven the size of Target, I doubt that that action will make any difference at all, but it will make me feel good.
