Target.com - WORST customer service EVER!
They didn't send all of the items I ordered online. I called the Guest Service phone number 180*-591-**** they provided on the receipt.
After 40 minute on hold I gave up. I called the local store and they hung up on me. Called them again and they have the item in the store but told me they don't deal with online order and for me to call the Guest Service phone number.
I went on their website and tried to chat with an online customer service representative but got the message that they are busy and for me to call their Guest Service phone number!!!! Will never order anything online for them ever again!!
