I received the worst coustomer service by Target.com. My order's shipped date was changed, and the package would arrive to late.

I called 1-800-591-3869 on 10/8/11 between 6:30-7:00 p.m. CDT. I spoke to three different people who couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and was hung up on.

Their IVR music is the worse. It has statics and has the same 2-3 songs. Give me a break.

I will never buy anything for Target.com again.

I can spend my money at Amazon. Target sucks.

Monetary Loss: $67.
