We returned an online purchase to Target.com 30 days ago - now they tell me it has been sitting in a UPS shipping place for 30 days all the while they are holding our refund of over $500!! We returned this to the store but apparently their brink and mortar stores don;t communicate with their online stores.

There is one to call and their online customer service doesn't care - they just ignore you and laugh. What way is this to conduct business?

It is frustrating and insulting. Anyone with a brain should avoid TARGET at all costs to your sanity!

Monetary Loss: $546.
