I placed an order on Target.com for satin pillowcases for Christmas. The order confirmation said it would be shipped in time for Christmas.

Three hours later I got an email saying the order would not be received until Jan 6th. I called and asked to cancel the order; I was told you cannot cancel an order until it posted and I need to call back in three days.

I called back, they said the order had to be cancelled in the first 30 minutes after the order is placed. I explained the email saying the item would not be shipped until after Christmas - still can't get the order cancelled three weeks later!!

I am seeing an awful lot of complaints re: Target.com. Wonder what happened to that company lately??
