Went to my local target today to pick up some clothes and grabbed a cute bathing suit off the rack to try on so I go to the fitting room(there was no one there and hadn't been the whole time I was in there) so I went right in and to my dismay I look down in the bathing suit bottoms and there is BLOOD on the liner. I was horrified and disgusted and of course there was no one at the fitting room desk to complain to so I tell my cashier when I checked out and she did not even seem fazed.

That's a health hazard not to mention just downright disgusting.

How can merchandise with blood on it be put out on to the floor?!

Well, you overlooked it, didn't you? The employee who put it back could have done the same.

Or, the last person who tried it on, probably put it back themselves. This isn't the employees' fault.

They can't control it when people don't follow rules (like to keep underwear on when trying on swimwear.) Find the nearest employee and inform them so they can damage out the item. Simple.
