I ordered 2 concrete large candles, the stores near me were sold out. I received the package today, both were broken and destroyed.
Packaged in a box way too large and without and protection from being broken. I called customer service, they told me i could go to a store and replace them. I told her no the stores are sold out near me. She then put me on hold and returns to tell me i can get my refund at a store if i chose.
I drove to the store, they were suprised also at lack of packaging. Target won't get my business anymore.
I think a 3 yo could have done better at packing these 2 items, they showed me your business does not matter to us. I will spend my money with companies that put an effort into customer service.
