Target canceled my pick up order because I forgot to call them to extend a day when my daughter got seriously sick and required hospitalization. I even explained that on the phone and made the phone call at 5am my time so the store hadn't even been able to sell my copy of the video game I had purchased and paid for on Friday (it's Sunday by the way...).
Great job with customer service Target. Because of my daughter's lengthy illness and the medical bills we are incurring, I really don't want to buy that game for my son at full price.
