I ordered a outside bar unit and paid for delivery o my home. The product arrived and the box was damaged and all you could hear was the the shattered glass top moving in the box.

I called target and was told I had to get this oversized box to a UPS center. I explained I had I delivered because it is to big to fit in my car and it is full of broken glass. I was basically told to bad. I asked for a manager and told none available.

After calling back and explaining again I was transferred to manager. She agreed o have the item picked up. However, they can't send you the order back out and if it is a different price, which it now is, to bad. She did say he would send me a 25.00 gift card for an apology (3 hours on the phone) and to make up the price difference.

To date I have not got this apology card but did get a notice it will be delayed longer. This has been going on since 4/6/12 and today is 4/18/12
