Purchased a tool kit on 6/15/2015 for a friend's wedding. This gift on his registry was unavailable in any Target in our area and "could not be shipped" to any Target in our area so we purchased it online. We were out of town when it was delivered, but opened the package today and the handle was broken so we needed a replacement. I bought a $100 target E Mobile gift card online but cant use it. There is no way to set up a PIN Number and a PIN Number is required for the barcode to use it. I went to the Target store and 3 employees tried to help me using their own phone and mine. No luck, no where on App/Mobile page or Full Website allows to to create a mobile account & set up a PIN number. So they had me call Target.com I spoke to a supervisor, Sheila, about this.... May 20, I order an item off a friend's baby registry. Granted it's only a $25 item but I've spent more time and money trying to track this package and that irritates the fire out of me! May 21, the item ships to arrive by May 30. No worries, the shower is on June 1! It is shipped through UPS who then outsources to UPS Mail Innovations (which is USPS...ugh, the United States Post Office, we all know their track record). Their online tracking... Read more

I received the worst coustomer service by Target.com. My order's shipped date was changed, and the package would arrive to late. I called 1-800-591-3869 on 10/8/11 between 6:30-7:00 p.m. CDT. I spoke to three different people who couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and was hung up on. Their IVR music is the worse. It has statics and has the same 2-3 songs. 12-02-2010 I bought a 2 yr replacement plan for a Flip recorder i purchased last year. The recoerder froze adn woudl not allow any functions to operate. I called the Extended Service Plan people and they wanted to send a Gift Card out for the price I paid. I cannot REPLACE the Flip for what they want to send me in a Gift Card. I just had the misfortune of shopping at my local Super Target(2216) in El Paso, Texas. After applying for credit & spending a total of 2 hours in this disorganized mess of a store, I walked out empty handed. I qualified for credit, then tried to purchase an I Pod Touch & some accessories as a Christmas gift. I've been working in sales for a long time. I've seen and heard it all. I'm always amused when customers claim that this or that should be this price, etc. In 99% of the cases, it is the customers failure to properly read. Whether it's a sign, a coupon, a policy, or a price tag, customers see what they want to see. Most of them are smart people, but many are not.
