I ordered a perfume as a gift over 10 days ago, the confirmation had delivery between 12/19 and 12/22. But the tracking number with UPS didn't show a pick up so I called Target last week and again they confirmed that the package would be there by the 22nd at the latest.
Today I checked and UPS can't delivered until the 25 because Target.com did not send the item until the 18th.
Target "floor manager" Carlos response: "Sorry, just return it when you receive it" . But their web site says to order until the 21 st tomorrow to get it by Christmas.
So incompetent and the worse customer service, I should've just ordered from Amazon!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
