I received an email from Target that my parcel was delivered. I never received the package, so I called Target.
The customer service representative continued to cut me off in a rude manner. I will never buy from Target again. Consumers, Amazon and other larger retailers are better options. Target's customer service is poor, and I never received my item.
I contacted Target multiple times. They had me on hold for over 40 minutes.
The representative who answered was rude and dismissive. I told all my friends to beware of Target; there are much better options.
