I ordered two cameras with a special deal to receive free packages of film. The order arrived, but no film was in the package.

I tried Chat to resolve problem, but after ten minutes, the representative advised me me to call their customer service number. What another waste of time. After waiting 20 minutes with repeated platitudes that my call was important to them, I finally hung up. There was never an indication of how long the wait would be or where I was on the queue.

Target prices are no better than other online shops. Walmart and Amazon will get my $ in the future.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

they prob got the pkg's mixed up---yours was prob a special offer deal w/writing on pkg & someone didnt use due diligence in pickin your order---end result is you got screwd
