When I asked to speak to a manager, I was met by a guy named Cameron. He has a snide, sarcastic and fake way of speaking to customers.
How can you hire someone who cannot seem to be genuine with your customers? Not to mention, I had seen him speaking rudely to an employee while I was shopping and I was going to report it. That is exactly why I asked to speak to a manager.
I told him I needed to speak to a different manager. He told me that he was the manager on duty and that I would have to speak to someone on another day.
If you want to keep your employees and customers, hire someone who knows what they are doing and that treats everyone with true respect.
