Do NOT buy an intex pool from this company!!! They sent me the wrong pool, they put me through *** in order to get a replacement, I even had to get the BBB involved.

Then they picked up the wrong pool yesterday and they expect me to wait 3-4 weeks for them to bring me the replacement pool! Stay away! I will never buy from Target again, this is the worst customer service ever! They are ruining my summer They made a mistake and they don't have the courage to make things right!

At this rate the summer will be over by the time they send me my pool! BEWARE!!

Monetary Loss: $400.

I'm going through the same thing! They sent me the wrong rolling backpack and they don't want to send a replacement, or arrange for pickup so can send it back.

The store can't give me a refund because I the item isn't on the packing slip, so essentially I don't have a receipt for the backpack I got.

To top it off, the backpack they sent me is priced cheaper than the one I paid for. Happy to hear the bbb helped, I'm going to contact them as well.
