Don't listen to their sales people about getting a refund on any sales/promotions within the next 30 days of your purchase they are liars. I called their corporate office and they back their lies.

No more of my hard earned money. Their store manager had the worst attitude I had ever seen in a manger.

She acted like the money would be out of her pocket.....corporate customer service put me on hold acting like they were talking to their manager and when they came back they couldn't remember my questions. Really, they couldn't even talk for eating!

what did you even buy? it's kind of hard to understand what you're talking about if you don't even know what you're talking about. they probably just didn't want to return something that you purposely broke so you could get your money back.


what? with a receipt, you can get a refund/exchange within 90 days on regular merchandise, and 45 days for electronics.

you either didn't have your receipt, or had already surpassed the $70 limit on returns with your license within one year. so try your story again :)

That is the problem, no one knows what she is talking about, she does not know what they are talking about so she was confused and calls them lies based on her misunderstanding and mental retardness.


No one is sure what you're talking about, but it sounds like you tried to return something outside of their return policy.
