i recently went in to a target store in kingston new york. in this weeks flyer target was offering gilette profusion razors for $9.89 a piece and when you bought two you recieved a five dollar gift card.when i went into the store they were all out of stock so approached a manager and asked her if i could substitue another gillette razor and still recieve the five dollar gift card she asked her supervisor and she okayed it.

she said i was not able to get a five dollar gift card but she could take a five dollars off my entire purchase for every 2 i bought so i purchased eight. the next day i returned to the store to get eight more when i approached the customer service desk i was told by the young man working at the desk that they were not allowed to do this for me today. and that he had heard nothing about me doing it the day before. i called corporate and the man i spoke to chase was very rude to me and he said there was nothing he could do for me.

in the store the store manager never showed his face and the woman ashley who did come over was very rude. so i continued to by different razors and the cashier said the he was not able to take my target coupons. i was so so so pissed off i left everything on the counter and walked out. to include i waited there for an hour trying to get this mess situated WITH A FIVE MONTH OLD CHILD.i was not happy that everryone did not know the policy one day to the next they were very unprofessional and rude.

even when i called corporate they were rude and unhelpful. nevertheless i am a very unhappy and pissed off consumer.my name is Leah and i would appriciate a phone call at 845¬417¬7382

they made an exception for you the first time. it's up to the store, not corporate. and they were rude to you because when they told you no, you probably insisted.

A family of ten, but that must include the five month old baby and I'm sure he/she doesn't shave. Actually my opinion is you were trying to rip the store off.

Which is completely fine i understand that they didnt have to do that for me but they didnt have to be so rude eight razors for a family of 10 is why i needed so many

I'm sorry, it's hard to feel sorry for you. The ad clearly stated a specific razor, you were lucky to get what you did the first day...

and what do you need 16 razors at once for? Is it really a jungle??
