Target - $40 gift card now $0 after checking the balalncc.

I checked my balance of my target gift card on Sunday 12/16/18. I went to use the card on Monday and it was closed. I called Target customer service to report that I did not use my gift card and the balance was closed. After waiting 20 minutes the representative said the balance was transferred to another card and the could not do anything to transfer the balance back to my card. Complete horrible customer service. Never buy a target gift card. Target is knowing this is going on. They may be supporting the web address so they can keep the money and never provide the benefit

Target - On hold for over an hour passed around and back in que

Called customer service number for lost gift card -given a case number and placed on hold for exactly 29 minutes - human English speaking person gets claim # and places me back on hold and says he will be right back - even gets my number in case - hahaha ! My call reroutes back to recording where I have to choose options again !!! Now I have to start over and I am still on hold now over an hour and Tim hasn’t called me back nor has another human picked up yet ~ this is definitely poor poor customer service

I shop in Target stores all of the time. I know that it is a busy season and some items I wanted I could not get in the stores. Way too many shelves were completely empty at the Columbus Central store. I did not want to miss work to be home to receive deliveries....

Target in New York, New York - Pick up for nothing

I shopped online and picked up instore. Target sent me email to go pick up. When I were in the store at 34th Herald square NYC, the staff told me nothing to pick up. All the orders are canceled!
