Regarding the order 106770****430, I checked that I only received 3 boxes and they should have sent me 4 pieces, so when it comes to assembling the board it is incomplete, how can I get them to send me the missing box?

Slow check out

I really use to like target because of roomy isles but mainly speedy check outs. Since they went to self checks outs that seldom work right and have only one cashier which is usually backed up 3,4 0r 5 deep it takes forever to check out. I hate to go back to Walmart.

First of all the self serve checkouts are far faster than waiting in line like you had to do before they came along. Second, Walmart is even more dependent on self serve checkouts than Target is. What do you expect to gain in going to Walmart?

Circle program

Since making complaint, I have not received any response from Target through e-mail or any other means. I am still hopeful that I will, but am starting to give up hope.

I had not received my order from March 26, 2021

Target checked into the lost order and have corrected it. I called and spoke with someone and they processed a duplicate order for me. I got it yesterday. Target solved the problem.

User's recommendation: track your order, if lost call and they will correct.

NOT pissed at all actually

The return was so easy. The quality and fabric of the couch cover was very luxurious but it was way too big and the color a little lighter than I thought. The TARGET site was very easy to use and I was able to print a label to send it back at no cost to me, just dropped it off at a UPS / Mailboxes outlet and that's all. VERY easy.

Cannot get logged in

It's impossible to log in to Target I had the proper password and they said it wasn't valid the whole app stinks... Then when I would say I forgot my password to send me a code they never did I had to call customer service and speak to one of their agents who wasn't any help at all... And they say they don't recognize my email address which is beyond me everybody else does, this is not the first time I've had problems with their app as far as logging in.
