Did not resolve my issue

It was truly awful. I’m quite upset about the lack of knowledge in solving my issue.

The Turnersville store refused to take back my vacuum and the customer service on the phone was just awful. Very very disappointed as Target has always been one of my favorite stores

It was terrible. After I explained my issue I got transferred over and over again for a total of 6 times. The last representative did not resolve my issue, gave me no satisfaction and hung up on me!!

You leave out a lot of information. Did you have a receipt?

Was the vacuum new in the box or had it been used?

How long ago had it been purchased? All stores have return policies and you may have unreasonable expectations of what they will take back.

Subject: Complaint Regarding False Advertising and Price Match Policy Issues

Dear Target Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had with your price match policy, which I believe constitutes false advertising.

On 10/6/2024, I attempted to purchase 2 iPads that are advertised at $199.99 on Amazon. However, when I approached the checkout process at Target, I encountered issues with your price match guarantee. The original price of the iPad at Target was $349.99, and although there was a promotion of $130 off through Target Circle, the resulting price remained significantly higher than the Amazon offer.

I was disappointed to learn that Target has been implementing changes to its price match guidelines that appear to exploit loopholes in order to avoid honoring lower prices from competitors. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and fairness in your pricing policies, especially when they are publicly advertised.

This experience has raised serious concerns about the integrity of your pricing practices, and I would appreciate your clarification on the following points:

1. Why is there a discrepancy between the advertised price match policy and its implementation at checkout?

2. How does Target justify not adhering to its advertised price match guidelines in this instance?

Looking at the Target price match policy there are exclusions to Amazon items that are clearly spelled out in their policy. Have you read the policy?

Target "DEI" retractions

I moved to MN in 1980 and began shopping at Target, specifically at the Nicollet Mall store at first. I have been shopping at Target for 45 years, first in MN, and in IL since fall of 2001 when I returned here.

I have also shopped at Target many times in the LA area when I have been visiting my cousins. I have always been proud of Target, how you respected diversity and hired people of all abilities and identities. Now, with your acquiescence to the present administrations demeaning demands, I'm disappointed and ashamed of your company. I am currently engaging in the "Target 40-day Fast" (as well as boycotting other compliant corporations).

I would love to be able to return to my "Home-Away-From-Home" (Target, Machesney Park, IL), but I cannot do that unless your policies change! I know I am not alone.

Please reconsider your policies to include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion! Thank you for your immediate consideration to this issue.

Screwed me over on my credit score because they were sending my bills to the wrong address!!!!

Owed $250.00 ish and they reported me to Experian which screwed my credit up. Had $6,000.00 credit limit and now its 400.00. My bills were getting returned to them saying undeliverable but they did not reach out to me by phone- text- or email???

Waiting for a refund

Ordered an item online, it came, it was defective, it was returned, they received it on 2/28/2025. As of 3/22/2025, I have not received my refund of $531.18, I have called the customer service number twice, each time being on hold for 45-60 minutes before speaking to anyone.

Still no refund. Why? I dont know why?

They were paid for the item before it was shipped to me and now I cant seem to get my money back. They can count on me not being a guest again.

Target Rejected To Help Me With 3 Gift That I Got As A Present

I got 3 gift cards as a present $50.00 - $50.00 - $100.00. When I got them I checked them on my Target account, they only requested the cards numbers.

I tried to re-checked one of them and now they are asking for access number. They showed a picture and they said peel off the label, I did it for the 3 of them and put in the garbage the labels. Today I went to Target to buy and use the cards. A nasty cashier and an a nasty manager told me they know the money is there and she could check it but they need those labels because they need to scratch them.

I explains to them and again they were very nasty with me. That nasty manager told me to call to customer services they can help me but for her it was look they are not going to help me. I called to customer services and I spoke with Angelina. I explained to her, she told me she was going to help me, she asked for my personal information, I gave it to her.

She asked me 2 times for the first gift card number, I gave her 2 times, she asked me how much I have it and I told her and right away she told me she can not help me. Why they can not help me? They know the money is there? Are they are thinking that I stole them?

I gave to them my full personal information!! THEY KEEP MY MONEY!!

NEVER I WILL BUY AGAIN IN TARGET!! HORRIBLE STORE!!

Preferred solution: They give a solution to use my cards. I didn’t stolen them. They were a Christmas gift from some parents, I work for a school. Target now the money is there and they rejected to help me.

What do you mean by “they need those labels”? Did you not have the physical card there to use?
