I encounter a major problem with Target! I request a lower interest rate.

The information that was provided to me, the reason I could not get a lower interest rate was very unfair. I have had an account with Target over 10yrs. Everyone Please check your rate!!! Problem not resolve, writing a complaint letter!!!

I was on the phone, over an hour trying to get the problem resolve. The service was terrible and I also spoke a senior manager who was not very helpful

I'm very disappointed with Target. This is not the first time I had problem.

Very unhappy customer!!!!!!!

No, not Target stores, but the bank providing you with consumer credit. Both the

“RedCards” (Target credit card and target VISA card) are not directly associated with the Target stores.

Pay off the balance and close the account.

Doing so sends a clear message. You will not get what you want, and you will expend a lot of energy and suffer untold frustration if you do anything else.
