Data integrity sums it up! Our guests can find our registry, it doesn't take purchases off, it doesn't show items...just about every issue related to data that there is.
Try talking to their offshore registry guest line is nearly impossible as English isn't their first language and then you sit on hold forever. No help there! Tried talking to a store associate and I don't even know if they have a concept of the internet. This is our most recent experience, which is worse than our first when they were transitioning from Amazon.
It's too bad we trusted them for our important life events and they got it wrong every time.
