Target store #222 in Rowland Heights, California you bring back merchandise that was purchased with debit card and you have the original receipt but no longer have the debit card and they refuse to give your money back only a gift card. Ask for General Manager and employee (name tag says Emely)says they are and you ask for business card they refuse to give you one, then you find out the name tag they are wearing is not their name because you ask for their name in writing to contact corporate and she writes down Haylie.
Find out she does not know all rules because they ask another employee Lando to come over and help and then you ask that other employee who the General Manager is of the store and he says he is and you ask for business card and refuses to give one. They all lie and smirk to each other and just do not care.
Since when can you not get your money back if you purchase with a debit card and have the original receipt. And why is all team members telling you they are the General Manager when they obvisouly are not they just call themselves managers.
